Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Horizon Watch limits data collection to what is needed to answer you and to complete a transaction. This policy explains what we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to make a privacy request.

1. Who We Are

Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. (“Horizon Watch”, “we”, “us”) is a Florida-based independent reseller of pre-owned luxury watches, operating through this website and a direct concierge channel. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we handle and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to answer you and to complete a transaction.

  • Contact and inquiry information you submit: name, email address, telephone number when you provide it, the timepiece or reference you are asking about, budget range when you provide it, preferred contact method, and any message you write.
  • Sell or trade information: the brand, reference, condition, documentation, and photographs or details you choose to share about a watch you wish to sell or trade.
  • Order and delivery information: billing and shipping address, order contents, invoice records, and delivery confirmation.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment processor. Horizon Watch does not receive or store your full card number. For ACH and wire payments we receive confirmation and verification data, and we may receive a proof-of-payment document you upload.
  • Communication records: emails and call notes relating to your inquiry, order, return, or verification.
  • Marketing preference records: whether you opted in to marketing email, with the date and time, the form you used, and the policy version in effect.
  • Limited technical and security information: page path, coarse request metadata such as IP address and browser user agent, security-challenge results, and rate-limiting counters used to prevent abuse and fraud.

3. Why We Process It

We process personal information to respond to your inquiry; to source, quote, and sell a timepiece; to verify identity and payment; to arrange insured delivery; to administer returns, refunds, and warranty questions where a warranty applies to your specific timepiece; to keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes; to protect the site and our customers from fraud and abuse; and, only where you have opted in, to send marketing email.

Submitting an inquiry, purchase request, or checkout does not subscribe you to marketing. Transactional messages about your own inquiry or order are sent because you asked us to respond or because they are needed to administer your transaction.

4. Service and Technology Providers

We share personal information with a small number of providers strictly so they can perform a service for us. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Stripe — payment processing, card and ACH handling, and payment fraud prevention. Stripe processes payment details directly; Horizon Watch does not receive full card numbers.
  • Zoho CRM — storage and management of sales leads and inquiry records so our concierge team can respond and follow up.
  • Cloudflare — website delivery, security, and the Turnstile human-verification challenge that protects our forms from automated abuse.
  • Supabase, provided through Lovable Cloud — our application database, authentication, and file storage for order records, inquiry records, invoices, and any proof-of-payment documents.
  • Transactional email providers — delivery of confirmations, quotes, invoices, shipping notices, and replies to your inquiry, together with delivery logs used to confirm a message was sent.
  • Shipping carriers and insurers — the name, address, and shipment details needed to deliver and insure your timepiece.
  • Professional advisers, accountants, and law enforcement or regulators — only where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or to investigate fraud.
  • Google — where enabled and only if you consent to the corresponding optional cookie category. Google provides tag-management, analytics, and advertising-measurement technologies under its applicable service terms and privacy notices.

5. Backups

Order records, invoices, and uploaded documents are stored in our application database and file storage, which are backed up by those platforms as part of their standard service. Horizon Watch is preparing an additional encrypted off-platform backup destination (Cloudflare R2) for stored files. That off-platform backup is not operating at the date of this policy. This policy will be updated to state that it is active, and to describe its retention, before any customer data is copied to it.

6. How Long We Keep Information

The schedule below is Horizon Watch's current retention practice. It reflects how we operate today; it is not a statement that these periods are universally required by law. Periods run from the date given for each category.

  • Leads and unsuccessful purchase inquiries — 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
  • Marketing consent and suppression records — retained while the preference is active, and afterwards as long as needed to honor an opt-out or unsubscribe request.
  • Orders, invoices, payment records, and payment proofs — 7 years.
  • Transactional email logs — 24 months.
  • Security and administrative audit records — 24 months, unless an investigation or legal requirement requires longer retention.
  • Customer accounts — kept while active, then deleted or anonymized once no longer required for transactions, security, fraud prevention, or legal retention.

7. Legal Holds

Legal holds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud investigations, and regulatory obligations override the ordinary deletion schedule. Where a hold applies, the affected records are retained until the matter is resolved and the hold is released.

8. Cookies and Browser Storage

We use browser storage that is necessary for this site to work, including your saved cookie preferences, sign-in storage for administrative users, and settings that remember how you were using the site, such as your place in a listing. Our security-challenge and payment providers may use provider-controlled storage to deliver their respective functions. Optional analytics and advertising categories are denied by default. Where enabled, optional analytics and advertising technologies load only after you consent to the corresponding category, and never before. Declining or withdrawing optional categories does not prevent you from browsing inventory, submitting an inquiry, requesting information, using essential checkout functionality, or changing an earlier choice. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Advertising category remains denied while that signal is present. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

9. Analytics and Advertising Measurement

Where enabled, Horizon Watch may use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags on this site. Google Tag Manager is the mechanism that loads tags; Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads are the services that may receive data through it. These technologies load only after you consent to the corresponding optional category.

Where analytics is enabled and you consent to it, Google Analytics 4 may be used for site usage, navigation, and performance measurement. It may receive a sanitized page path and page title, the identifier and public catalog details of a timepiece you view, its public price and currency, allow-listed filters and the number of results returned, and an opaque event identifier.

Where advertising conversion measurement is enabled and you consent to it, Google Ads may receive a signal that an inquiry was completed, the type of inquiry, and the same opaque event identifier.

We do not send Google your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, the text of your message, what you typed into a search box, a checkout link or its token, an order or database record, payment details, sign-in details, or your marketing-email preference. Pages carrying a private checkout link are excluded from measurement entirely. We do not upload customer lists, use Enhanced Conversions, run remarketing, request personalized advertising, or use session replay.

As with any request to a Google server, Google may receive technical information such as device and browser details and an IP address, from which an approximate location may be derived. Google processes information under its applicable service terms and privacy notices. Retention depends on Horizon Watch’s configured settings and Google’s applicable retention practices.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie preferences control available on every page. After withdrawal takes effect, Horizon Watch stops sending new optional analytics events or advertising conversions and prevents optional tags from loading on subsequent page loads. A consent-denial update may be communicated to a provider tag that was already loaded solely to apply your changed choice. Withdrawal does not erase information already processed by a provider and does not necessarily remove provider storage already present in your browser. You can delete or block that storage using your browser settings. Optional technologies are activated only after you provide the corresponding consent through Cookie preferences.

10. Transactional Communications

We may contact you by email, and by telephone or text message where you have given us the number, to respond to your request or to administer a transaction — for example to confirm a quote, verify a payment, arrange delivery, or handle a return. Horizon Watch does not operate marketing SMS. Marketing email is sent only where you opted in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to request correction, to request deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Horizon Watch does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.

To make a request, email concierge@horizonwatchinc.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”, or call (407) 883-9685. Tell us what you are asking for and the email address or order reference you used with us. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may decline part of a request where a legal retention obligation, an active dispute, or a fraud investigation requires us to keep the records.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

12. Security

Access to customer records is restricted to authorized personnel, administrative accounts require multi-factor authentication, database access is governed by row-level access rules, and data is encrypted in transit. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor rather than by Horizon Watch. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect information appropriately for the sensitivity and value of the transactions involved.

13. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
