Where is Horizon Watch located?
Horizon Watch is based in Winter Garden, Florida and operates primarily as an e-commerce dealer, serving buyers nationwide.
Are your watches authenticated?
Yes. Every timepiece in our catalog has been evaluated and verified before listing.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, on a limited basis. Return requests must be made within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery and require prior written authorization from Horizon Watch. Approved returns are shipped back at the customer's expense, fully insured for the full purchase value, and must arrive in the same condition in which the watch was delivered, with all original boxes, papers, links, accessories, and packaging where applicable. If a watch was accurately described and sold in good-faith condition, returns based on buyer preference or change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 3%. Is there a warranty?
Each Horizon Watch timepiece is offered with a one-year Horizon Watch service warranty and/or the balance of any remaining factory warranty, when applicable. Every watch is also reviewed by our in-house watchmakers before it ships.
