Overview
Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. is committed to your confidence in every purchase. Every timepiece we offer has been reviewed for authenticity, condition, and provenance before it is made available. This Return Policy is designed to give you a meaningful inspection period while protecting the integrity of our inventory and the interests of all our clients.
1. Return Window
Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. accepts eligible return requests within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery, as shown by carrier tracking records. Return requests submitted after the fifth calendar day are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, the customer must contact Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. by email at concierge@horizonwatchinc.com within the 5-day return window and request written return authorization. No return will be accepted without prior written authorization and return instructions from Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. Any package sent back without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
3. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the watch must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was delivered, with no additional wear, scratches, damage, sizing changes, bracelet adjustments, polishing, alterations, part swaps, or tampering of any kind. The return must include all original boxes, papers, tags, links, accessories, inserts, warranty cards, and any other items included with the original shipment. Customers may carefully inspect the watch indoors upon delivery and may try it on for fit and visual review. The watch may not be worn outdoors, resized, polished, altered, or used in any manner inconsistent with inspection-only handling. Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. documents condition, serial identifiers, accessories, packaging contents, and shipment details before dispatch and compares those records to every returned item during inspection.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. sending the wrong item or materially misdescribing the watch, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, signature confirmation, and any related delivery expenses. The customer must use the shipping method and insurance instructions provided by Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. Returns shipped without adequate insurance or contrary to Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc.'s written instructions may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
5. Shipment Deadline After Authorization
After Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. issues written return authorization, the customer must ship the watch back within three (3) calendar days and must provide tracking information to Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. by email the same day the package is tendered to the carrier. This requirement preserves Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc.'s compliance timing and supports efficient resolution for all parties.
6. Risk of Loss
The customer bears full risk of loss, theft, damage, and delivery failure until Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. physically receives and signs for the returned package. The customer should insure the package for the full purchase price and follow Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc.'s written shipping instructions precisely.
7. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. will inspect the watch and all accompanying contents before approving any refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period following inspection. Original outbound shipping charges, insurance charges, payment processing fees, and any nonrefundable wire or financing-related fees may be deducted to the extent permitted by law, unless the return is due to Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc.'s error.
8. Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing before shipment: special orders and sourced-on-request watches; personalized or customized items; watches altered or resized at the customer's request; items expressly designated as final sale in the listing or invoice; international shipments where return logistics are impractical as disclosed before purchase; any watch returned in a different condition from how it was shipped.
9. Seller Error
If Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. ships the wrong watch or if the watch is materially and objectively not as described in the listing, Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. will work with the customer in good faith to resolve the issue promptly. Where Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. determines a return is appropriate due to seller error, Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping and insurance costs.
10. Authenticity Concerns
Every watch sold by Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. is represented as authentic. If a customer raises a good-faith authenticity concern, the customer must notify Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. promptly in writing, preserve the watch in the condition received, and allow Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item before any refund determination, chargeback, reversal, or public statement is made. Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. may require inspection by a mutually acceptable independent watchmaker or service professional before resolving an authenticity dispute.
11. Fraud and Abuse
Customers agree to follow this return process before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback. Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to deny returns, deny refunds, restrict future purchases, and pursue all lawful remedies in cases of fraud, policy abuse, item tampering, item swapping, false claims, or shipment noncompliance. Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. documents serial numbers, movement identifiers, accessories, and packaging contents and will provide this evidence to payment processors, insurers, and law enforcement where appropriate.
12. Policy Updates
Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to update this Return Policy prospectively for future orders by posting a revised version on its website. The version of this policy in effect on the date of purchase governs that transaction unless a change is required by applicable law. This Return Policy applies in addition to Horizon Watch Enterprise Inc.'s Terms and Conditions.
